Penn and Teller Cut Up On TNT 's BABYLON 5

The outrageous comedy team of Penn and Teller prove laughter is the same in any language when they turn up aboard Turner Network Television's (TNT) award-winning science fiction series BABYLON 5. The two will appear in a new episode titled "Day of the Dead" as the bumbling(but universally popular(comedy team of Rebo and Zooty, the 23rd century's answer to Laurel and Hardy. The episode featuring Penn and Teller begins production Nov. 13, 1997 and is scheduled to air in March 1998. BABYLON 5's fifth season, airing exclusively on TNT, premieres Jan. 21, 1998, at 10 p.m. (ET). The fifth season concludes the original story arc created by J. Michael Straczynski.

Set in the 23rd century, BABYLON 5 is a massive, self-sufficient space station that serves to bring together representatives from various races, both human and alien, to resolve their differences peacefully. But as the political climate deteriorates and Earth's government buckles under far-reaching corruption, the station and its inhabitants may prove to be the last best hope for maintaining peace throughout the galaxy. The series also stars Bruce Boxleitner, Jerry Doyle and Mira Furlan.
