Babylon 5 Wins Prestigious Hugo Award 03/09/96

Congratulations to "Babylon 5! Babylon 5 Wins Prestigious Hugo Award, The Highest Honor Possible in the Science Fiction Field

The B5 episode entitled, "The coming of Shadows" just received the Hugo for Best Dramatic Prentation. This is a particularly impressive win because B5 beat out extremely strong nominees such as "Apollo 13."

Furthermore, in the 43 year history of the Hugos, this is only the seventh time a science fiction series has won the Dramatic Presentation Hugo.

The Hugo Awards are given out annually by the World Science Fiction Society and are the equivalent of the Academy Awards in the film industry.
