Contacting the Author

I have created several mailboxes for dealing with these pages as efficiently as possible, please choose the most appropriate from the list below. Please note that these, like all other email addresses on this site are obscured with some JavaScript to hamper address harvesting robots, so you will need JavaScript enabled to use the links. If this is not acceptable to you, then you see my name on the first email? Take my first name, and the domain from the last entry, remove the "www.", replace ".com" with ".net" and stick an "@" sign in the middle. Voila! Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm getting a lot of spam as a result of this site.

Should you believe you have found an error in the Reference please send details to detailing the subject title, the error, and the correct details, giving a source if possible. If it is a "spelling" error, then I would much prefer the correction to be printed from an acceptable source; I have no intention of being drawn into debates over phonetic interpretations of video recordings...
